Baked Chicken and Bacon

200 g chicken breast

75 g bacon

10 g freeze-dried KaLOHAS + ® kale flakes

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1/2 red chili

1/2 red pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

2 tbsp. oil

2 1/2 dl whipping cream 1/2 tbsp.

Curry powder

1 tsp. salt

Pepper

5 plates puff pastry

Instructions:

1. Cut chicken, bacon, pepper, chili, garlic and onion into small cubes and fry it.

2. Add the kale and cream and simmer. Season with pepper, salt and curry. Let it cool.

3. Roll the puff pastry into a square. Place the filling in the center of the puff pastry and close it.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
