Green Gourmet becomes established export company for Danish high-quality food to Japan (salt / chocolate / salmon)
2013
After in-depth market research in Japan, regarding the sale of functional plant-based Danish products, we decided in 2014 to start production based on the healthiest of vegetables from our region; original Danish kale.
2014
Following the production and market maturation process of the product "Organic KaLOHAS® - bio-active kale powder / kale leaves", the product was registered in Japan and thus prepared for export - and the domestic market.
2015
Process and export development of dried bulk kale powder and leaves for sale to industry in Japan / Taiwan is established
2016
Export of KaLOHAS® retail and bulk to Malaysia / Dubai is established - initiation of scientific studies with a view to obtaining evidence of effects on lifestyle diseases and sales to the nutrition and cosmetics segment
2017
In vitro evidence for secretion of the GLP-1 hormone at Aarhus University (Foulum)
2018
Focus on project work - with a view to KaLOHAS® evidence for effect against increased incidence of lifestyle diseases. Establishment of distribution cooperation with ARICHA India. KaLOHAS comes to India / Ayurvedic herbs and spices from India come to the EU
