Delivery in EU: Shipping costs of foreign despatches are calculated before you complete your purchase – based on the volume of your order and specified delivery address. You confirm the specified freight when completing your order. Despatch by courier DHL/ UNLESS other transporter requested.

All complaints are investigated and replied to within five days.
There is a 2-year right of complaint following the Purchase Act. Our freedom of objection applies to defects in material and manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product/service. It would be best to complain in a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Green Gourmet will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Returns per cash on delivery are not accepted.
Please inform the bank and accounts number to transfer the agreed amount in the event of financial compensation. Inform without risk by email or another electronic form. It is not sensitive information, and we will use the same only for our fulfillment of the refund.
You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased in our webshop. The period shall count from that day; - Where you receive the order. - Obtains the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different goods, ordered in one order but delivered individually or by multiple rounds. - receives the last lot, or the previous part, in physical possession in the case of the supply of goods consisting of several lots/parts. - the first product in physical control in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You will have to bear the return costs yourself.
You can cancel and report to us within 14 days of purchase. From the date of cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days of returning the shipment. Please send your message by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the statement, make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, please fill in the attached Return Note and send the item to:

You cannot regret refusing receipt of the item without giving clear notice.
Goods exempt the right of withdrawal
The following product types cannot be withdrawn:
- goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have a distinctly personal touch.
- sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods which, by their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must incur the direct costs of return. When you return, you are responsible for the item is wrapped correctly. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition will be faster if you also fill out and attach our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the item's risk from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.
We do not receive packages sent per demand.
Condition of the product upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the item's value due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and use of the product. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond the above description, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. To obtain the full amount of the purchase, you must test the product without actually using it.
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the amount you have paid us back.
If an impairment for which you are liable, we shall deduct such a purchase amount.
By applying the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
For refunds, will we use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise?.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back unless you have provided proof of having returned it by then.
