Healthy Salmon Rolls

15 grams freeze-dried KaLOHAS + ® kale flakes

1/4 liter of cream

8 slices of smoked salmon

1 teaspoon grated radish

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1 lemon


  1. Whip the cream
  2. Add the kale powder and the grated radish
  3. Season with lemon juice and sugar
  4. Place two slices of salmon on top of each other and fill two teaspoons of the kale mass on the salmon
  5. Roll the salmon around the filling and serve the rolls on a plate
  6. Cut the lemon into slices for garnish and garnish the rolls with grated radish
