15 grams freeze-dried KaLOHAS + ® kale flakes
1/4 liter of cream
8 slices of smoked salmon
1 teaspoon grated radish
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 lemon
Instructions:
- Whip the cream
- Add the kale powder and the grated radish
- Season with lemon juice and sugar
- Place two slices of salmon on top of each other and fill two teaspoons of the kale mass on the salmon
- Roll the salmon around the filling and serve the rolls on a plate
