Since Green Gourmet was founded 10 years ago, we set out to find out about the health-related benefits of kale.
Together with farmers, Aarhus University and Aalborg University, and other companies we have developed a range of organic, 100% pure, kale-based nutritional products based on proven scientific evidence for the impact. With this, we obtained brand and market registrations as well as patented status.
