Pasta with Bacon and Kale

400 grams of fresh pasta

20 grams freeze-dried KaLOHAS + ® kale flakes

200 grams of bacon (possibly diced)

200 g grated cheese

1 onion

1/2 liter of cream

1 liter of water

Salt and pepper (seasoning)


  1. Cut onion and bacon into cubes and fry in a pan
  2. Add a little water to the kale flakes until it is soaked and add to the pan
  3. Add water and cream
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Arrange the fresh pasta in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of pasta
  7. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
