400 grams of fresh pasta
20 grams freeze-dried KaLOHAS + ® kale flakes
200 grams of bacon (possibly diced)
200 g grated cheese
1 onion
1/2 liter of cream
1 liter of water
Salt and pepper (seasoning)
Instructions:
- Cut onion and bacon into cubes and fry in a pan
- Add a little water to the kale flakes until it is soaked and add to the pan
- Add water and cream
- Season with salt and pepper
- Arrange the fresh pasta in an ovenproof dish and pour the sauce over
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of pasta
- Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
