Ginger shot – easy recipe

An easy recipe for ginger shots. Never it will be easier to start out your mornings with a healthy boost! With our recipe, you avoid having to buy large quantities of fresh ginger, not to mention the slightly long-haired process when the ginger has to be peeled.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp. ginger powder

500 ml of water

Juice from half a lemon

1 tbsp. honey

The course of action:

Boil the water. When the water has boiled, add the ginger powder and mix it well by stirring with a spoon.

Let the mixture steep until the temperature has dropped.

Strain the mixture and add honey and lemon when the water is lukewarm.

Store in the refrigerator in a closed bottle.

Enjoyed chilled

If you want an extra healthy boost, you can add 1 tbsp. with turmeric powder together with the ginger powder.
