Green Buns

50 g yeast

½ dl lukewarm water

6 g KaLOHAS + ® kale powder

125 g melted butter / margarine

1 ½ dl cold water

2 eggs

1 ½ teaspoon salt

1-2 teaspoons sugar

About ½ kg of flour

Eggs for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Stir yeast with lukewarm water.
  2. Mix the melted butter and cold water and add the other ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Form the dough into buns
  5. Let them rise approx. 15 min.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 225 degrees.
