
(approx. 4 servings – perfect for kale, quinoa or lentil salads)
🥥 Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil (for softer texture)
- 1 spsk økologisk citronsaft eller æblecidereddike
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tsk dijonsennep (valgfrit, for lidt syre og fylde)
- 1 tsp / 2 g KaLOHAS® greenkale powder or flakes
- ½ teaspoon ginger (fresh grated/or in powder form) for extra warmth and antioxidant properties
- 1 teaspoon organic turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of black pepper (needed to activate the turmeric)
- Salt, chili, cinnamon, ginseng or other good to taste
🥣 Procedure:
- Melt the coconut oil lightly so that it becomes liquid (but not hot).
- Mix the ingredients together in the oil – whisk it well so it is evenly distributed.
- Add lemon, honey, mustard and olive oil.
- Whisk or shake thoroughly until the dressing emulsifies.
- Season with salt and possibly extra lemon if you want freshness.
💡 Health Notes:
- Curcumin + black pepper + oil = perfect combination for absorption into the body. Turmeric / curcumin contains natural plant compounds (curcuminoids), which are part of the body’s normal function. May contribute to an aromatic, golden color.
- Coconut oil contains MCT fatty acids, which provide quick energy and can support intestinal flora.
- Lemon juice and honey balance fat and provide natural freshness without additives.
- KaLOHAS® Kale Powder is rich in vitamin K, which contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. It also contains vitamin C, iron and natural antioxidants.
- Ginger and ginseng contain natural plant compounds (gingerols), which are part of the body’s normal function. At the same time, they provide a fresh, slightly spicy taste.
- Cinnamon contains natural antioxidants. Contributes to an aromatic flavor and color.
