50 g yeast
½ dl lukewarm water
6 g KaLOHAS + ® kale powder
125 g melted butter / margarine
1 ½ dl cold water
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoons sugar
About ½ kg of flour
Eggs for brushing
- Stir yeast with lukewarm water.
- Mix the melted butter and cold water and add the other ingredients.
- Knead the dough and leave it to rise for 30 minutes.
- Form the dough into buns
- Let them rise approx. 15 min.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 225 degrees.
