Kale mashed potato
  1. Boil the potatoes tender in water with salt
  2. Lightly mash them with a whisk, add butter, and milk to desired consistency
  3. Season with salt and add the cabbage powder at last
Roast pork
  1. Cut the roast pork into cubes, put it in a thick-bottomed pan. Let the pork turn golden and crispy over medium heat
  2. Add onions and simmer in the fat from the pork for 10 min
  3. Add the finely chopped apple peas just before serving
