Prepare the ingredients
  1. cook mushroom and spinach in the pan with olive oil. Put on the plate when you are done.
  2. Prepare pasta. Boil pasta and put on the side.
Prepare the white sauce
  1. Add flour, milk and bouillon powder together on the pan with low heat. Stir constantly until the sauce get thickened.
  2. When it gets thickened, add kale powder and mix well.
Prepare the gratin
  1. Add all ingredient and pasta into the white sauce.
  2. After mixing well together, put them on the gratin plate. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 10~15 mins
