  1. Soak kale flakes in the water to make it soft. Chop onion into pieces.
  2. Add minced meat, chopped onion, kale flakes (after soaked in the water), salt&pepper, flour, oats, egg and milk in the bowl and mix together. Make a shape.
  3. Put the butter on the heated pan and fly them from both side.
