  1. Turn on the oven to 200 °C Mix all the dry ingredients together. Save possibly a bit of some seeds and kernels to sprinkle on
  2. Add the wet ingredients and knead, or stir it all together into a uniform, slightly sticky dough
  3. Divide the dough into two equal pieces
  4. Roll each part thinly between two pieces of baking paper. It should be rolled out so it fits roughly a regular sized baking sheet
  5. Load the rolled-out dough with baking paper onto the baking sheet and remove the top piece of baking paper
  6. Cut the dough into rectangles, squares, triangles, or whatever you want with a sharp knife or a pizza cutter
  7. Sprinkle with kernels and seeds if you have stored some
  8. Put the crispbreads in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until they have a golden glow and are baked
Recipe Notes

It may happen that the crispbreads "stick" back together during baking, but it is relatively easy to crack or cut them apart while being warm. However, they may be a little skewed by it, lack a corner and piste or have an extra overhang. But don't worry. It just proves that they are homemade, and it certainly does not go beyond the taste.
