Moon drink
1 cup milk (or, almond, oatmeal))
1/2 tsp. ashwagandha powder.
1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder.
1/4 tsp. ginger powder.
a little nutmeg
1 tsp. coconut oil.
1 tsp. honey.
